Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes (≈200 g each)
  • Salt
  • 8 tsp crème fraîche
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 tsp Osietra caviar

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in salted water for about 30 minutes.

    Drain, let them steam dry, cut off the ends flat, then halve each potato lengthwise. Place one half on a plate, drizzle with 1–2 tsp crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper, and spoon melted butter over it. Arrange with caviar before serving.
