Ingredients
- 6 stalks leek
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 150 ml dry white wine
- olive oil (for drizzling)
- 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Rinse and clean the leeks, pat them dry, then cut them crosswise in half. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Place the leeks in a baking dish, sprinkle with garlic and parsley, pour over the wine, and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, turning once and occasionally spooning some of the liquid over the top.

Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan on top before serving.
