Potato and Cabbage Stew

Ingredients
- 800 g small white cabbage (1 small head)
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tbsp paprika powder (hot)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250 ml unfiltered apple juice
- 800 g small potatoes (16 small potatoes)
- 300 g smoked turkey breast (sliced)
- 200 g sour cream (24% fat)
Instructions

Clean the cabbage, wash, quarter, remove the core and cut into thin strips. Peel and finely dice the onion.

Heat the oil in a large, wide pot. Sauté the onions with both types of paprika powder until translucent. Add the cabbage, season with salt and pepper.

Pour in the apple juice and simmer covered over medium heat for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes.

Cut the turkey breast into small cubes and stir it into the cabbage with the sour cream.

Drain the potatoes, rinse under cold water, peel if desired, possibly halve depending on size, and mix them into the cabbage. Briefly reheat everything, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
