- 600 g sliced pork tenderloin
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 2 tsp seasoned broth
- 600 g cooked potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash, core, halve the bell peppers and slice them thinly.

Peel the onions and cut them into thin rings.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion rings, add pork, stir until golden brown, then add pepper slices with water and broth, mix, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 7 minutes over low heat.

Meanwhile, slice potatoes and fry them in another pan with hot oil on all sides until slowly crisp and golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
