Ingredients
- 1 kg pork neck
- 1 small head of white cabbage (800g)
- 3 Carrots
- 3 onions
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 juniper berries
- 2 cloves
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 l broth
- oil
- 2 tbsp mustard

Season the pork neck with salt and pepper, then sear it in a roasting pan on all sides. Remove the meat and sauté the peeled and sliced carrots and onions in the same pan.

Quarter the cabbage, remove the core, cut into large cubes, and add to the pan with broth and spices. Place the meat back on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 1½ hours, turning occasionally. After 1½ hours brush the meat with mustard and continue baking for another ½ hour. Serve with boiled potatoes.
