Ingredients
- 8 halved pork feet
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- 10 ml vinegar
- 1 tbsp plant oil
- 3 onions (chopped)
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tsp clove powder
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 250 g pitted dates

Clean the pork feet of bristles and wash thoroughly. Cover with water, salt and pepper. Add bay leaf and garlic. Let steep overnight in the refrigerator.

Add vinegar, oil, onion pieces, halved chilies and cloves to the meat. Stir well and add a little water if needed. Bring to a high boil for about 30 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer for one hour.

Remove the feet from the soup, strain the broth, add the pitted dates, return the pork feet, reheat, season with oyster sauce, and serve hot. Serve with okra vegetable and baked banana as dessert.
