Ingredients

  • 500 g pork fillet
  • 300 g waxy potatoes
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 stalks leeks
  • 1 l pork broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp chive curls

    Wash the pork fillet, pat dry, remove fat and sinew strands, and slice into 1.5 cm thick pieces. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes and carrots into bite‑size chunks. Wash the leeks, shake dry, and cut into wide diagonal rings.

    Heat the broth in a large pot and add the vegetables and pork fillet. Simmer over medium heat for 30–35 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then ladle into preheated soup bowls. Garnish with chive curls and sprinkle additional pepper before serving.
