- 50 g ground beef
- 1 tsp shallot cubes
- 0.5 garlic clove (pressed)
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp basil (finely chopped)

Cut a deep pocket into the schnitzel.

Sauté the ground beef, shallots, and garlic with salt and pepper in hot oil, stir in basil, and let cool slightly.

Fill the meat pocket, secure with a wooden skewer, grill on oil‑sprayed grates, season with salt and pepper, and finish grilling.
