Ingredients

  • 500 g pork fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 125 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g Roquefort cheese
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

    Peel and dice the onions, then place them in a bowl with oil. Cover and steam at 850 watts for about 5 minutes. Turn the pork fillet into the mixture. Add wine, cover, and cook at 450 watts for about 10 minutes.

    Crush the Roquefort, mix it smoothly with cream and crème fraîche, then add to the meat along with the wine. Cook uncovered at 450 watts for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    For serving, slice the fillet, pour sauce over it, and sprinkle with parsley.
