Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 2 figs
- 6 EL white wine
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 3 EL butter
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 10 g pine nuts
Instructions

Wash the figs and cut them in half lengthwise.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it.

Toast the pine nuts without fat in a pan.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and brown them in 1 EL hot butter on both sides for about 3 minutes, remove, wrap in foil and keep warm.

Add the remaining butter to the pan, then add figs, garlic, and rosemary; steam over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, pour in wine, and let it reduce slightly.

Return the pork chops to the pan and let them rest briefly. Plate the pork chops with figs, pine nuts, and a drizzle of sauce, served alongside lightly steamed green vegetables and new potatoes.
