Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 270 g flour
- 0.5 packet Baking powder
- fat (for the pan)
- 100 g cream cheese (pure)
- 20 g butter
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp raspberry juice
- zuckerl pearls (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat. Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until pale and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then pour in the milk and mix again. Combine the flour with the baking powder, sift over the batter, and whisk thoroughly into the mixture. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove, let cool briefly, turn out onto a wire rack, and allow to cool completely.

Crush the cake batter into crumbs in a bowl. Beat the cream cheese with butter and sugar until fluffy, then fold in the cake crumbs. Form small balls (about 2 cm diameter) from the mixture. Whisk powdered sugar with raspberry juice to make a thick glaze, then coat each ball with it. Decorate with sugar pearls, skewer on wooden sticks, and let dry. Serve on sugar cups.
