Ingredients
- 500 g plums
- 300 g spelt flour type 1050
- 175 g softened butter
- 75 g honey
- 3 eggs
- 50 g starch
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g coarsely chopped walnuts
- 200 g Low-fat quark
- 100 ml milk (3.5% fat)
Instructions

Wash, halve and pit the plums. Gently mix with 1–2 tbsp flour.

Beat softened butter with honey until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time. Mix remaining flour with starch, baking powder, salt and vanilla powder; fold into the egg mixture along with quark. Gradually add milk. Stir in chopped walnuts.

Pour batter into a baking pan, place plums on top cut‑side up and press lightly. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan) for about 40–50 minutes.
