Ingredients

  • 500 g plaice fillet
  • 1 unspritzed lemon
  • 1 tomato
  • 200 g cooked natural rice
  • 0.5 l water
  • 1 tbsp seasoned broth
  • 500 g stewed cucumber
  • Pepper
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions

    Cook the rice in a large pan with water and broth for about 15 minutes over low heat.

    Peel, dice the cucumber, spread it over the rice, season with pepper, cover and cook another 15 minutes. Whisk the cream with 2 tbsp lemon juice, the egg, and 1 tbsp finely chopped dill.

    Wash, pat dry, and sprinkle the fillets with pepper. Place them on top of the cucumber rice, pour the cream mixture over them, and let everything simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.

    Remove the pan from the stove, sprinkle with remaining dill, drizzle lemon juice, wash and dry tomato and lemon, slice them, and garnish the fish with these slices.
