Ingredients
- 4 plaice fillets (ready to cook about 250 g)
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp flour
- 60 g clarified butter
- 40 g Butter
- 200 g North Sea shrimp

Rinse the plaice and pat dry. Drizzle with a little lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour. Heat the clarified butter in a large hot pan (or use two pans) and cook the plaice slowly golden brown for 5-6 minutes on each side.

Remove the plaice from the pan and place on preheated plates. Pour the clarified butter into the pan and let the butter heat up. Briefly toss the shrimp in the butter, then drizzle with the remaining lemon juice. Spoon the shrimp and butter over the fish and serve immediately.
