Pizza Meatloaf with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 old-fashioned roll
- 600 g mixed ground beef
- 1 onion
- 20 g butter
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sharp mustard
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 100 g grated Emmental cheese
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) with upper and lower heat.

Soak the roll in water. Peel, finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter until translucent. In a bowl combine the ground beef with the onion, squeezed-out roll, egg, tomato paste, mustard, and spices; knead well and shape into a loaf. Place the meat dough on a greased baking tray and form it like a pizza base.

Wash the bell peppers and tomatoes, remove seeds, and cut into strips. Peel, halve, and slice the red onion into strips as well.

Top the meat base with the vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake the pizza loaf in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
