- 250 g pineapple flesh
- 300 ml pineapple juice
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 500 ml sparkling mineral water
- Maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Dice the pineapple flesh and puree finely. Mix with pineapple juice, lemon juice, and honey, then pour into a pitcher.
