Ingredients
- 5 apricots
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 0.5 vanilla bean (pulp)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 200 g soy yogurt
- 250 ml soy milk

Wash, pit, and place the apricots in a blender. Blend with agave syrup, vanilla pulp, and lemon juice until smooth. Add the yogurt and milk, blend well. If desired, stir in a little cold water, taste, and serve.
