Ingredients
- 5 white leaf gelatin
- 600 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 30 ml coconut liqueur
- 20 ml dark rum
- 20 g sugar
Instructions

Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.

Bring the pineapple juice to a boil and remove from heat.

Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin and dissolve it in the hot pineapple juice. Add lemon juice, coconut liqueur, dark rum, and sugar; stir well.

Slowly pour into four glasses and serve with cream if desired.
