Ingredients
- 2 red onions
- 50 g arugula
- 4 slices pineapple (canned)
- 100 g plain yogurt
- lime juice
- Salt
- chili flakes
- 4 sesame burger buns
- 4 chicken breast fillets (about 120 g each)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Peel the onions, halve them and cut into thin strips. Wash and dry shake the arugula. Drain the pineapple. Season the yogurt with a splash of lime juice, salt and chili. Slice the buns in half and toast as desired.

Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and season with curry, salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side in a grill pan. Grill the pineapple slices for about 3 minutes while turning them. Spread 1 tsp of yogurt on the underside of each bun. Assemble with arugula, chicken, pineapple and red onions. Put the top bun back on and serve with the remaining yogurt.
