Ingredients

  • 1 kg chanterelles
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 4 thyme sprigs
  • 500 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash thyme, pat dry and remove leaves.

    Clean mushrooms, rinse if necessary and pat dry.

  3. 3.

    Wash spring onions, trim and slice into rings. Sauté the chanterelles with the spring onion rings in 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan. Season with salt and pepper and let the liquid evaporate completely.

    Transfer to jars, add thyme sprigs, pour more oil over the mushrooms until they are covered. Seal tightly and store in a cool place.
