Ingredients

  • 5 pomegranates
  • 0.5 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (1:1)
  • 100 ml cherry juice

Instructions

    Halve the pomegranates and remove the seeds. Mix the seeds with lemon juice and gelatin sugar in a pot, let steep for 3-4 hours. Then add the cherry juice, bring to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes while bubbling.

    Fill well-saucered jars, seal tightly and place upside down for 10 minutes. Let cool, then turn upright and store in a cool, dark place.
