- 150 g flour
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
- oil (for frying)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 300 g smoked salmon
- caviar (optional)
- freshly ground pepper
- Watercress

Whisk the eggs, add the milk, then stir in flour, baking powder and salt; mix well with an electric hand mixer for 1-2 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry small pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Keep warm.

Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.

For serving spread each pancake with a bit of cream cheese, season with pepper, and top with salmon pieces. Garnish with caviar and watercress.
