Ingredients
- 500 g penne
- Salz
- 100 g green olives (pitted)
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 EL olive oil
- white pepper

Cook the penne in salted water until al dente. Drain the olives. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Crumble the sheep cheese. Rinse, wash and dry the arugula. Peel the garlic. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until light brown.

Drain the pasta and toss it with the olives and tomatoes under the garlic. Remove from heat, fold in the arugula and sheep cheese loosely, and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
