Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers (red and green)
- 2 green chili peppers
- 2 onions
- 1 handful cilantro leaves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)

Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends, blanch them briefly, cool, peel, quarter, deseed and slice into strips. Wash the bell peppers and chili peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and dice finely. Peel the onions and dice them as well. Rinse the cilantro leaves, shake dry, and roughly chop.

Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl with olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let sit for about 10 minutes to meld flavors. Taste and serve.
