Ingredients
- 250 g small pears (2 small pears)
- 15 g Hazelnuts (1 tbsp)
- 75 g fine rolled oats
- 30 g coconut sugar (2 tbsp)
- 30 g ground hazelnuts (2 tbsp)
- 60 g nut butter (4 tbsp)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch clove powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Organic Lime
- 200 g sour cream (20% fat)
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

Wash the pears, halve them, remove the cores, cut into pieces and place in a baking dish.

Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and combine with oats, coconut sugar, ground nuts, nut butter, cinnamon, clove powder, and salt to make a crumble topping. Sprinkle over the pears and press lightly.

Bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan‑forced 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for 20–30 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the lime hot, grate it dry, zest the rind, and squeeze out the juice. Mix the sour cream with lime zest, juice, and honey, then serve over the warm crumble.
