Peanut Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 100 g salted peanuts
- 1 tbsp flour
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 chili pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 200 ml ketchup
- oil for frying

For the chili sauce, wash and halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, and dice. Sauté with onion in hot oil and mix into the ketchup.

Grind peanuts finely in a food processor and combine with flour.

Wash wings, pat dry, and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Whisk eggs with water. Dip chicken in egg mixture then coat with peanut-flour blend. Press coating firmly. Fry in hot oil for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and serve with the dip.
