Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 Garlic clove
- 150 g Frozen Peas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 g unsalted peanut kernels
- 6 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bunch cilantro
- salt (pepper)

Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, then slice into thin strips. Wash the cauliflower, remove the core, cut into small florets and then slice into thin disks. Peel and roughly chop the onions and garlic.

Wash the carrots and cut them diagonally into thin slices. Sequentially stir-fry all ingredients in hot sesame oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then combine all ingredients in the pan and heat through. Wash the cilantro, finely tear it, sprinkle over the dish. Serve the peanut chicken skillet.
