Banana meets carrot and cinnamon - We're happy to start the day with the 5-ingredient protein shake from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 100 g carrots (1 carrot)
  • 150 g Bananas (1 banana)
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 400 ml Soy drink (Soy milk)

Instructions

    Peel, wash and chop the carrots. Peel and chop the banana.

    Place the carrots and banana together with rolled oats, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and soy drink in a blender or puree into a creamy drink using an immersion blender. Fill 2 glasses with the 5-ingredient protein shake, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
