- 2 peaches
- 0.5 lemon
- 20 ml peach brandy
- Sekt

1) Peel the peaches.

2 and 3) Cut the flesh off the sides of the pits.

4) Chop the flesh into small pieces.

5) Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to a mixing bowl with the peach flesh.
