Ingredients

  • 1 small pear
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 80 ml pear liqueur
  • 400 ml dry sparkling wine (well chilled)
  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 8 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the pear and cut it in half vertically. Slice four attractive wedges and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel and dice the remaining part of the pear.

    Distribute the pear pieces into four glasses, each topped with 2 cl liqueur. Fill each glass about halfway with sparkling wine and top up with orange juice.

    Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pear slices and serve.
