Ingredients
- 6 ripe peaches
- 100 ml gooseberry juice
- 2 tbsp raspberry liqueur
- 250 g raspberries (frozen)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- fig slice
- sweetened gooseberries
- Vanilla ice cream

Briefly blanch the peaches in boiling water and peel them. Heat the gooseberry juice with 200 ml water in a small saucepan, add the raspberry liqueur, and place four peeled peaches into it. Let cool with occasional turning.

Cut the remaining peaches pitted, then blend finely with thawed raspberries and sugar. Strain through a sieve and distribute into four glasses. Top with the peaches and garnish as desired with fig slices, gooseberries, and a dollop of vanilla ice cream before serving.
