Ingredients
- 600 g peas (fresh split or frozen)
- Salt
- 3 sprigs Mint
- 50 g sheep cheese (9% fat)
- 60 g whole grain breadcrumbs (4 tbsp)
- 1 egg
- 5 g starch (1 tsp)
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 10 g chives (0.5 bunch)
- 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 200 g salad mix
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
