Ingredients

  • 600 g peas (fresh split or frozen)
  • Salt
  • 3 sprigs Mint
  • 50 g sheep cheese (9% fat)
  • 60 g whole grain breadcrumbs (4 tbsp)
  • 1 egg
  • 5 g starch (1 tsp)
  • Pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 10 g chives (0.5 bunch)
  • 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 200 g salad mix
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
