Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 red pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- 12 small potatoes
- 1 stalk Parsley

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash, trim, and slice the pepper into rings.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat until the mixture thickens slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder, then puree finely.
