Pasta with Wild Garlic Pesto

Ingredients
- 60 g pine nuts
- 400 g Whole Wheat Spaghetti
- Salt
- 100 g wild garlic (2 bunches)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 ml olive oil
- Pepper
- 20 g Parmesan (block)
Instructions

Toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant. Remove and let cool.

Cook the spaghetti al dente in plenty of salted water according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, wash the wild garlic, shake it dry and chop it roughly. Peel the garlic, puree with wild garlic and pine nuts, gradually adding oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Grate the Parmesan. Drain the spaghetti and mix it with the pesto in a bowl. Distribute the pasta on 4 plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
