Ingredients

  • 500 g thick beans (frozen)
  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • Salt
  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped thyme
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Let the beans thaw.

    Cook the Tagliatelle in salted water until al dente.

    Wash and halve the tomatoes.

    Peel and finely dice the shallots and garlic, then sauté both in hot oil.

    Add the beans and deglaze with white wine; simmer gently for about 5 minutes.

    Stir in the tomatoes and thyme, cooking for 1-2 more minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper, then toss with drained pasta.
