Ingredients
- 125 g butter (room temperature)
- 250 g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 5 eggs (beaten)
- 450 ml milk
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 spring onions (only the white parts, finely chopped)
- 50 g raisins (optional)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 pinch nutmeg (ground)
- 300 g thin egg noodles (cooked and drained)

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a deep springform or baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in cottage cheese and eggs, then slowly stir in milk.

Add lemon zest and juice, spring onions, raisins if using, salt, pepper, and nutmeg; mix well. Stir in the cooked noodles and fold to combine.
