Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients
- 400 g rigatoni
- 1 Garlic clove
- 200 g spinach leaves
- 1 can tuna in water (150 g drained weight)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g heavy cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Wash, trim, and rinse the spinach; blanch it briefly in lightly salted boiling water, then drain and set aside.

Drain the tuna and gently flake it with a fork.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the spinach and cook for a moment until wilted. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, then fold in the tuna.

Drain the pasta, reserving about ½ cup of cooking water. Toss the pasta with the tuna mixture, adding reserved water as needed, and finish with plenty of freshly ground pepper. Plate the rigatoni and serve immediately.
