Ingredients
- 500 g Tagliatelle
- 400 g morels
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente.

Clean the morels thoroughly and leave whole or halve them depending on size.

Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds, and dice.

Peel the garlic clove and finely chop it.

Sauté the morels with garlic in hot butter for about 2–3 minutes, then add the tomatoes. Toss in drained pasta with a splash of pasta water to emulsify the sauce. Add parsley and season with salt and black pepper before serving.
