Pasta with Spinach, Almonds and Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 150 g spinach
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Almonds (coarsely chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente.

    Wash, trim and dry the spinach.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté in hot butter, deglaze with white wine and reduce slightly. Add vegetable broth and crème fraîche, stir well and let simmer a bit before seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Drain the tagliatelle and place on warmed plates. Sprinkle spinach over it and pour sauce on top. Garnish with almonds and serve.
