Pasta with Smoked Salmon Without Cream

The pasta with smoked salmon without cream from Spoonsparrow is the perfect choice for all North Sea fans.
Ingredients
- 400 g spelt tagliatelle
- Salt
- 2 bunches spring onions
- 0.5 bunch dill (10 g)
- 1 tbsp butter (15 g)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 100 ml alcohol‑free white wine
- Pepper
- 150 g North Sea shrimp
- 200 g smoked salmon (slices)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Meanwhile trim and wash the spring onions, cutting them diagonally into about 4 cm pieces. Wash the dill, pat dry and chop.

Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the spring onions for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add the pasta and dill to the pan, deglaze with wine, and simmer for another 3–5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp, tear the smoked salmon into bite‑sized pieces, and fold everything together. Plate the pasta with smoked salmon without cream and serve immediately.
