Ingredients

  • 400 g linguine
  • Salt
  • 200 g smoked salmon (slices)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 150 g peas (frozen)
  • 150 ml fish stock
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • a splash vermouth
  • black pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook the linguine in salted water until al dente. Slice the salmon into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.

    Sauté the onion and garlic in hot oil until translucent. Add thawed peas, then deglaze with fish stock and heavy cream. Let it simmer gently to thicken slightly, then fold in drained pasta and salmon pieces.
