Ingredients
- 400 g band pasta
- 200 g Sugar snap peas
- 100 g frozen peas
- 16 shrimp (pre-cooked)
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- grated Parmesan
- parsley (for garnish)

Trim and wash the sugar snap peas, then blanch with the peas in boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain, shock in cold water, and let dry.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.

Pat the shrimp dry. Heat butter, peel and crush the garlic, add to pan, then add shrimp and sear briefly on both sides over high heat. Add pasta, peas, and snap peas, tossing everything quickly in the garlic butter, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serve on plates, sprinkled with parmesan and garnished with parsley.
