Ingredients
- 400 g cured bacon
- 600 g green beans
- 1 sprig fresh bean herb (or ½ tsp dried)
- 500 g small pears
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 3 Stalks Parsley
Instructions

Cook bacon in 500 ml water over low heat, covered, for 45 minutes. During this time clean, rinse and trim the beans, cut ends off and halve them; after 15 minutes of cooking add the bean herb to the bacon.

Meanwhile wash pears, leave stems on, simmer in the last 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop. Slice bacon, then plate with beans, pears and parsley.
