Ingredients
- 400 g penne
- Salz
- 1 Schalotte
- 2 Knoblauchzehen
- 300 g frische Steinpilze
- 2 Stiele Salbei
- 2 EL Olivenöl
- 5 EL Basilikum-Pesto (Glas)
- Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
Instructions

Cook the penne in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Clean and cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Wash the sage, shake dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic with the onion for 1-2 minutes until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sage and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Drain the cooked pasta and mix it with the pesto and mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then serve on soup bowls.
