Ingredients
- 500 g linguine
- 150 g shrimp (pre‑cooked)
- 100 g ham (in strips)
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 200 ml white wine
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.

Wash and pat dry the shrimp.

Clean the mushrooms and slice them.

Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Sauté in 2 tbsp oil, add ham and mushrooms, and cook briefly. Deglaze with white wine and reduce by about half. Pour in cream and let thicken into a silky sauce.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and quickly sauté in the remaining oil.

Stir crème fraîche into the sauce and gently fold in the drained linguine. Season with salt and pepper, then serve on pre‑heated plates. Arrange shrimp on top and garnish with parsley.
