Ingredients

  • 400 g spiral pasta
  • Salt
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g salami (sliced)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

    Clean and slice the mushrooms. Quarter the salami slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then sauté it in a hot pan with the oil until translucent.

    Add the mushrooms and salami to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the mushroom liquid to evaporate.

    Pour in the cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Drain the pasta, add it to the pan, toss everything together, adjust seasoning, and serve plated on bowls.
