Pasta with Lobster

Ingredients

  • 400 g linguine
  • Salad
  • 3 stalks basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 500 g cooked lobster meat (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 250 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
  • pepper (ground)
  • 75 g freshly grated parmesan

Instructions

    Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente. Wash and shake off the basil, then pick off the leaves. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the chili, halve it lengthwise, remove seeds, and finely chop. Tear the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic with the chili. Add the lobster, cook briefly, then deglaze with wine. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and let thicken slightly over medium heat.
