Ingredients

  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 400 g large shrimp (pre‑cooked)
  • 500 g linguine
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g heavy cream (min 30% fat)

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Wash, dry, shake off excess water, and finely chop the parsley. Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry. Cook the linguine in boiling salted water for 8–10 minutes until al dente.

    Meanwhile, heat the oil, sauté the shallot and garlic until translucent. Add the shrimp and cook briefly. Season with lemon zest, salt, pepper, and deglaze with wine. When the wine has nearly evaporated, pour in the broth and cream, then taste and adjust seasoning.
