Ingredients

  • 400 g zopf noodles
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 0.125 l broth
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • mixed pepper
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

    Bring plenty of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente.

    Dice the onion and cubed ham. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until golden yellow. Add ham cubes, pour in broth, then remove from heat and stir in cream and crème fraîche, heating briefly again. Season sauce with salt and freshly ground mixed pepper.

    Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, taste, and serve sprinkled with chives curls.
