Ingredients

  • 400 g Lasagnette
  • Salad
  • 400 g green asparagus tips
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 g freshly grated Parmesan
  • 50 g freshly grated Bergkäse
  • 100 g Parma ham (sliced)
  • Fleur de sel (for sprinkling)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Blanch the asparagus tips in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, shock them in cold water and drain. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve half of them.

    Grease a baking dish with 2 tbsp olive oil, layer the lasagnette sheets with the asparagus tips, grated cheese, and halved tomatoes loosely, then stack them. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Fry the Parma ham slices in 1 tbsp olive oil until crisp.
